To stop
We are always wrapped
with so many things.
We look ball of pinball machine,
back and forth.
Sometimes marking points,
other times falling in the hole.
While we do, we forget of being.
When we stop being,
which we do loses the strength.
Then we feel disheartened
because the things
they do not happen in the form
and in the time wanted.
To stop to revise priorities
and papers is a sign of wisdom.
So we stop being the ball
and pass it to be the player
in full power of the play.

Estamos sempre envolvidos
com tantas coisas.
Parecemos bola de fliperama,
para lá e para cá.
Às vezes marcando pontos,
outras vezes caindo no buraco.
Enquanto fazemos, esquecemos de ser.
Quando deixamos de ser,
o que fazemos perde a força.
Então nos sentimos desanimados
porque as coisas
não acontecem da forma
e no tempo desejados.
Parar para rever prioridades
e papéis é sinal de sensatez.
Assim deixamos de ser a bola
e passamos a ser o jogador
em pleno domínio do jogo.
